Study @ CCRC

Interested in learning about climate science and climate change?

Comedian Cam Knight spoke to students during O-Week on behalf of our "Introduction to Climate Change" course  to find out how much they care and (and actually know) about climate change with some interesting and funny outcomes. Our thanks to the students who kindly participated in this, see the video.

If you are interested in climate science, there are plenty of ways to study at the CCRC.

For undergraduate students, we offer majors in climate science and individual courses. Every summer, we have undergraduate summer research scholarships available.

We also offer a range of honours year projects, many of which may be eligible for an honours scholarship from the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes.

There are numerous opportunities to do a PhD within the CCRC. Have a look at the list of Student Research Topics.

Finally, it is possible for undergraduate students in other schools (e.g. Physics) to do their honours project in climate. Indeed maths and physics are ideal majors to prepare for advanced work in climate and environmental sciences.

See the menu on the right for a list of options.
